The book by shea vaughn Breakthrough is an insipiring and amazing read. I truly enjoyed the honesty and integrety of this book. She is truly an example of strenght and resilience for women of all ages . I am now a believer in her 5 principles commitment perserverance self control integrity and love! She inspires me buy this book and she will inspire you too!!!! Hope to meet her soon and take her class! She is awesome!!!!!!!

What a great way to start 2012!! I truly enjoyed reading this; easy to dive into and grasp and connect with Shea’s principals & affirmations. She knits together Eastern and Western Philosopy and her 5 Living Principals that can be adapted easily in everyday life. A life manual to revisit over and over.
