Ms. Vaughn began her career in health and wellness as a dancer and teacher. Her certifications include yoga, pilates matt and reformer, GYROKENESIS®, AFAA, Zumba®, Bosu®, Bodypump™, Bodystep™, PTA Global, Spinning®, AEA, Cycle, Kick Boxing, additional NASM certification as a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and PES (Performance Enhancing Specialist), and an Associate Degree in Applied Science.
